Our New Wedding Theme:
Romantic Back-Country Adventure
We are inviting our guests to retreat to a beautiful farm, off the beaten path and away from the noise of the city. Everyone can come together and celebrate in the fresh air, getting back to our roots with great food, great wine and music under the stars. We want this experience to be relaxing, connective and healing.
Throughout the event, there will be planned and optional activities for guests, like trail rides, wine tasting, games and activities for the kids.
Tentative total number of guests: 16
Ideas & Design Notes:
Ceremony: Outdoor with a handmade wooden altar.
Decor: Neutral colour palette with pops of terra cotta and deep reds for accent. Florals will be cream coloured roses and peonies with pampas grass and eucalyptus accents.
Activities: Photo booth, yard games (below), "Bucket List for Bride and Groom", explore trail rides, dry sauna access, wine tasting experience.
Food and Drink: Exploring local farm-to-table options for a meal before the ceremony and late-night snacks to fuel the reception.

"All of the accommodations feature a King sized bed and are designed for 1-2 people. Having a fire is something that we find quintessential to camping in Canada, so outside of each accommodation is a private campfire pit for your careful use and enjoyment."
NEW! Bridesmaids Aesthetic
Against the warm neutrals and greens of the backdrop, you guys will be a bright pop of colour in deep red dresses. We can explore the shades together. I would love to see each of you in something that feels unique to you.
For the bouquets, I think cream-coloured wildflowers with baby's breath and lots of greenery.
